I am not a super fan girl, I’m just a typical girl who just listen anything on my playlist though I have few favourite artist but most of them are my music influence since elementary and highschool.
Anyway, one of my bucketlist says “See your favorite artist”
And YES! I get a chance to do this (Before I watched this video from Buzzfeed) and what a coincidence that it was listed on my bucketlist.
Ever since I’m just an ordinary fan of Incubus, upon checking tickets online..Oops they’re visiting PHL once again. Without a doubt I booked the ticket earlier though I placed my reservation near on the rooftop since I have no idea how does a concert goes I mean the feelings that you get when your in that place. (excitement x nervous not to look like a superfan) Though I know they looks cool but since it’s my first time I wanted to know how it goes.
After printing-out the voucher I just head to the mall and claim the actual tickets.
The actual tickets, just brought an excitement for me.
A week before their concert I’m starting to listen up with their songs. I just keep playing their songs.
And the day has finally arrived, I make sure that I’ll be two hours in advance to make it on the arena concert.
Voila! What a surprise there a lot of people who was about to see this concert too.
Upon entering the arena, people kept on shouting even though it looks like that the event organizer are just preparing for tonight’s events.
Not sure if it takes 1 hour before INCUBUS band have finally showed up, the first one who started the show is their front act Lindsey Sterling.
Then the countdown started everyone’s shouting and when the time ends! It was a blast night! I just find myself singing a long with them. Ohh I forget to tell you I was watching this concert with my boyfriend who was a huge fan of INCUBUS. And we used to talked about INCUBUS before the concert starts!
I fell inlove with Brandon Boyd whenever a fan shouted I love you he’ll reply back “I love you too” and I think he always says “Manila I love you, I do” and when he also goes topless showing his printed skin.
On the said event we also sing a HAPPY BIRTHDAY for for Ben Kenney (bassists) who was celebrating his birthday. And also I am one out of thousand peoples who attended in the concert shouting “we want more!”
Anyway I’m so glad that their singing their timeless hits like Drive, Wish You Were Here, Nice To Know You, Megalomaniac and Anna Molly.
Their own version of Hello by Lionel Richie which turned out to be my LSS.
And couldn’t get more happier when they also sing Absolutely Calling, Dig, Pardon Me and most especially I Miss You!
Though I was hoping that they should also included Are You In, but it didn’t happen. After watching the concert when we’re about to go home my boyfriend have this mini reunion with his Highschool Friends who was also watching the concert in the end were talking about the POST-INCUBUS Feels
